The documents in this section of the Compliance Chapter provide guidance so a DPC office can establish compliance with Federal OSHA regulations and have a policy and procedure manual in place to protect employees and should there be an audit. This practice obtained this OSHA manual through private contracting and consultation. Pennsylvania is NOT a “State Plan State” (see below) therefore, the policies in this chapter follow federal OSHA requirements.

Each office’s OSHA policies will be unique to the needs of that particular practice.
